Most apps reward you for playing golf. GolfN has always been a little different in that regard. But until now, there was still a gap: what about all the golf you do that isn't a round?
The Tuesday night session at the sim bar with your buddies. The club fitting where you spent 90 minutes hitting irons and walked out empty-handed because nothing felt quite right. The mini golf outing with the kids that counts as golf in your heart, even if it doesn't count towards your handicap.
For most golfers, the off-course stuff is easily half of their total golf life. And until now, none of it has earned you anything.
That changes with the Daily Grind.
The Daily Grind is a location-based check-in feature in the GolfN app that rewards you for visiting golf-related destinations beyond the golf course. Open the app, check in at a supported location, complete the available challenges, and earn points credited directly to your GolfN balance. Instantly.
Those points are the same points you earn from on-course rounds. There's no separate Daily Grind pool, no second account to manage, no asterisk. It all goes into one balance, redeemable in GolfN's Pro Shop for gear from over 28 brand partners, including Srixon, Miura, Cobra, L.A.B. Golf, Bettinardi, and more.
One check-in per location per day. No special setup required beyond the GolfN app you already have.

The Daily Grind currently supports six location categories:
Sim Bars — Indoor simulator venues with food and beverage. Hit virtual Pebble Beach while earning points toward an actual trip to Pebble Beach. More on that in a minute.
Golf Retailers — Pro shops, superstores, specialty golf shops. If you're spending time and money there, you should be earning something back.
Driving Ranges — Standalone ranges and practice facilities. Your bucket of balls just got a little more valuable.
Lessons — Instruction facilities and teaching academies. You're investing in your game. Daily Grind gives you something back for that investment.
Club Fitting — Dedicated fitting studios and fitting bays at retail locations. Whether you walk out with new sticks or just a better understanding of your swing, the session counts.
Mini Golf — Because golf is golf, and par is par.
Don't see your favorite local spot in the app? You can submit unlisted locations for review directly through GolfN. If the place is golf-related and legit, the team will vet it and add it. Golfers have already been submitting their local haunts since the feature soft-launched in May, and the database is growing fast.
GolfN's free tier earns rewards. That's always been true. But the membership tiers, which run from free through Green ($16/month) and Silver ($50/month) on up, multiply your earning rate across the whole platform, including Daily Grind.
The higher your tier, the more your check-ins are worth. During the inaugural Daily Grind season, GolfN is deliberately keeping rewards strong to reward early participation and help shape the feature. If you've been sitting on the fence about a membership upgrade, this is a good window to get in.

To kick off the Daily Grind's first season, GolfN is running a sweepstakes with a prize that's hard to oversell: a three-day, three-night trip to Pebble Beach Golf Links, including airfare, hotel, and a round at one of the most famous courses in the world.
Here's how you enter: every Daily Grind punchcard you complete earns you sweepstakes entries. Complete more punchcards, earn more entries, improve your odds.
And here's where the membership tier matters again: Daily Grind Elite members earn multipliers on the entries of free members for every punchcard completed. If you're planning to participate in Daily Grind regularly, upgrading your membership before you start stacking entries is worth considering.
The more you grind, the better your shot at walking the 18th at Pebble Beach with the Pacific in full view.
GolfN CEO Jared Phillips put it plainly: "If it's golf, it's GolfN."
Every other app rewards a subset of that. GolfN is building toward the whole thing. That's what has made GolfN one of the most popular golf apps in its first year in the market.
The Daily Grind takes earning for enjoying the game you love to a whole new level.

Golfers can now redeem their GolfN Points for Cobra's latest drivers, fairways, and irons, and enter to win a driver-mini driver combo.

The Q Follow is the latest opportunity in the GolfN app to score rewards for golf from the best brands in the game.
