Lake Shore Country Club in Madisonville, Kentucky — semi-private, 18-hole golf course, designed by Drainage on tee 14 is a complete joke and it was a glaring issue when I played a few years back. The landscaping around the tee has awesome potential but just like the sand traps its apparent someone doesn't care anymore, weeds are think in between shrubs and ornamental trees. Put the constant standing water there really steals the show, fix the leak (if there is one) or cut a simple drain tile in the path to move the water out of their. Again, I'm no course manager but that cant be that hard of an issue to fix with a simple cross drain or some gravel.
