About Course
Old Waverly Golf Club is an 18-hole resort golf course located in West Point, Mississippi. Designed by architect Bob Cupp in 1988, the course features notable highlights including the signature par 3 Number 7 hole, Palmer Falls, which showcases a challenging uphill 170-yard shot from the White Tees. The hole is characterized by trees lining the right side, a pot bunker positioned approximately 50 yards short of the green, and a distinctive brook and waterfall along the fairway. The course has received recognition in multiple golf publications, including rankings in Golf Magazine's USA Top 100 Public Courses, Golf Digest's 100 Greatest Public Courses, and Golfweek's Top 100 Residential Courses. Facilities include a driving range and golf school with teaching professionals.
